Jay Novacek knows how to win, lead and be a part of a successful team. While with the Dallas Cowboys Jay went to five Pro Bowls, led all NFL tight ends in receiving twice and averaged more than 57 receptions a season over that three-year period.
After 6 years with the Dallas Cowboys Jay held the title of the most prolific pass-catching Tight End in Dallas Cowboys history. During his career with the Cowboys Jay caught 339 passes for 3,576 yards and 22 touchdowns.
Jay played college football at the University of Wyoming and started his professional career at the St. Louis Cardinals. Jay retired from football in 1997 and has since started his own 3,500 acres hunting ranch in Nebraska.
His ranch is known as Upper 84 Ranch, but Jay Novacek refers to it as his little slice of heaven in Nebraska.

"Jay Novacek exceeded all expectations for our 25th celebration! He was the perfect “Cowboy” for our event and the attendees loved him. He blended well with our clients and staff and was gracious in our picture-taking and autographs of small footballs. His speech was also perfect for the audience and occasion and the Q&A period was especially enjoyed by all."

| "Jay Novacek was great at our event. We asked him to address our group about team building, we got that and more….his cowboy philosopher style was great. He took plenty of time meeting and talking to people before and after the event and signing autographs as well. Jay did such a good job, I had 2 other groups ask how they could get him to speak at their event." - Gary S. - Integrated Compliance Solutions |
