Jeff Hall is an NFLPA Registered Financial Advisor for Rather & Kittrell Capital Management in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is a former place-kicker in the NFL and a four-year starter at the University of Tennessee. In 1998, Jeff was elected a captain by his teammates and helped lead Tennessee to a National Championship.

While at UT (vols) , Jeff kicked the winning field goals in two last-second games: Georgia in 1995 and at Syracuse 1998. He also kicked the field goal in overtime to beat the Florida Gators in 1998 and the game winning extra point in the 1997 SEC Championship game against Auuburn. He is the former Southeastern Conference‚s all-time leading scorer with 371 points and holds the state of Tennessee High School record for longest field goal at 62 yards. At the UT vols Jeff was a Four-time All-SEC place-kicker as well as a Four-time Academic All-SEC honoree. He was also named to the American Football Coaches Association Good Works Team and Southeastern Conference Good Works team.

Jeff has been a guest speaker at the Tennessee House of Representatives and also spoke at the 1999 Governor’s prayer breakfast in Nashville, TN. Jeff has led the chapel service for the St. Louis Rams, University of Tennessee Vols Football Team and the devotional for Dave Ramsey and The Lampo Group in Nashville, TN. In 1999, Jeff was drafted by the Washington Redskins and has been in training camp with New Orleans Saints, San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers. In November of 2000 he played for the St. Louis Rams and the following spring played in the only XFL season with the Memphis Maniax. Jeff has had to overcome many obstacles in the competitive environment of college football as well as the NFL, and he brings knowledge of how to succeed to organizations and corporations around the United States. Jeff has spoken to groups and organizations on two continents, three countries, sixteen states and over forty counties in the state of Tenneseee.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Speech Communications.
